“INSTRUCTIONS STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT”

Before you commit your entries in the universities, authors must first enroll in SIMPEP site. Please be advised that this process is not done automatically, ie the approval of the article is not connected with the effectiveness of the registration on the site. Thus, this procedure is the sole responsibility of the participant. The department will only receive documents on which entries are effective on the site.

Registrations made through "Note of Commitment" will only be confirmed after sending a copy of the document provided by the institution/University to the email address: simpep@feb.unesp.br, until the deadline of the 05 of september of 2024. The furnishing of this document will be directly linked to the viability of the participation of the authors in the days of the event, the publication of their articles in Annals and issue of licenses.

The deposit must be "compulsorily" identified with the "participant's name" or "Commitment Number." This identification is essential to locate the payment and confirmation of the participant's registration.

We also inform you that all registration payments made by "Note of Commitment" should be settled by the deadline of December 31, 2015, since this date closes the financial year of 2015.
