RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF ARTICLES ON THEME SESSIONS
Attention: Remember that the presentation NOT MANDATORY.
- The presentation of the articles should be oral;
- The presentation time is 15 minutes per article, including possible questions and discussions about the same, so well plan their time;
- Presentations should be in PowerPoint and be saved in the format “Presentation PowerPoint 97-2003”.
To set the date and time constraints of the presentations, held after the registration of the article on the site, go to the menu “Set Presentations“ within your “Central Menu“. If you do not select any options until the deadline of 09/17/2017, it is concluded that the product will NOT be displayed.
IMPORTANT:
AFTER RELEASE OF TIME THERE WILL BE NO EVENT DAYS IN THE PRESENTATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF CHANGE. REMEMBER THAT TIME MAY BE RESTRICTED BY THE AUTHORS PREVIOUSLY IN THE SYSTEM BEFORE THE OFFICIAL RELEASE.
WE REMEMBER THAT THE SCHEDULES MAY BE PREVIOUSLY RESTRICTED BY THE AUTHORS IN THE SYSTEM UP TO 17/09/2017, BEFORE THE OFFICIAL DISCLOSURE.
We suggest that authors are directed to the halls of presentations in advance of the scheduled time in order to effect the transfer of your files to your computer, otherwise this time will be deducted from the 15 minutes stipulated for each presenter.
